Welcome to the Canyonville Library

Since its establishment in 2017, the Canyonville Library has blossomed into a vibrant, independent nonprofit community library driven by the passion of dedicated volunteers and the generous support of donors like you. Picture a place where the love of reading and learning thrives—this is the heart of our community!

With the backing of generous supporters, we continue to grow and innovate, providing a welcoming space designed to meet diverse needs and enhance accessibility for everyone.

The Canyonville Library serves a 65-mile radius encompassing the communities of Canyonville, Days Creek, Tiller, Milo, Azalea, and the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Indians.

Additionally, the library is a member of the Douglas Community Library Association (DCLA), which collaborates with seven other rural libraries throughout the county to enhance community resources, services, and programs. Your community library card provides access to the catalog of all eight libraries, the inter-library loan system, and the ability to visit in person and borrow materials.

The American Library Association guides our standards of excellence, emphasizing our commitment to promoting education, learning, and information sharing.

We provide community members access to quality materials and host various enriching programs and events throughout the year. Please check our calendar of events to stay informed about upcoming activities.

We invite you to come by and immerse yourself in our inviting atmosphere, where you can connect, gather, and discover!
